Empowering the Next Generation of Tradespeople

We do not only believe in employing the best but in training a workforce of highly skilled and aptly qualified tradespeople to become the best.

The management of Monster Electrical realised the need for training institutions to raise up the next generation of electricians and plumbers and assist them in obtaining their professional certificates. This passion has developed into three separate training services: a school, a college and a trade test centre serving the trades industry in South Africa.

Why become a tradesperson?

In South Africa, qualifying as a tradesperson, such as an electrician or plumber, offers numerous benefits. Skilled trades are in high demand, providing job security and a stable income. Tradespeople have the option to work independently or be employed in various sectors, from residential to industrial projects. With infrastructure development on the rise, tradespeople play a vital role in the economy and contribute to essential services, making this a rewarding and respected career path. As long as people need power and water, there will be a need for qualified artisans.
